Fraud conviction for York resident over commercial waste disposal

Simon Foster of Pottery Lane has been convicted of fraud, claiming that seven sofas, two toilets, a bath, bed frames, carpets, a fridge, two doors and other items came from his house.  For advice on how to dispose of large items of waste responsibly, please contact our Neighbourhood Enforcement Team
